Boards workspace
Section titled “Boards workspace”Sidebar → Boards. Durable, structured storage for ongoing work — findings, plans, and running notes — indexed across every project rather than scoped to one. Boards support archive and restore, a change history per board, and organization into groups so related boards stay together.
Boards in MCP and Apollo
Section titled “Boards in MCP and Apollo”Board content is available to any MCP client and to Apollo’s context, so an agent session can read or update a board’s state as part of normal work rather than through a separate copy-paste step.

Shared Boards window
Section titled “Shared Boards window”Dashboard → Boards window. A display-aware window that can hold several boards open together — it restores panes, pane order, side rails, divider positions, and window bounds between sessions, so a multi-board layout you set up once comes back the same way next time.
