Store Secrets in the Vault

Every secret Orbit uses lives in the Vault, encrypted locally and never sent to Sivants.

Add a secret

  1. Click the key icon in the left sidebar, or go to Settings → Vault.
  2. On the Secrets tab, add the key. Give it a service name and label.
  3. Choose a scope: global (every project) or a specific project. When both exist for one service, the project scope wins.

Reveal, copy, back up

  • Use timed reveal to show a value briefly.
  • The Backups tab shows backup health and your recovery phrase — keep the recovery phrase somewhere safe.

Connecting services

Once a key is stored, Settings → Integrations maps it to the matching service: you’ll see “MCP Available” with a Copy URL, “Built-in Tools,” or an Add Key prompt for anything still unconfigured.
