Tripwire Alert
The Tripwire Alert watches for billing events from models that fall outside the Sivants-covered allowlist. When it sees one, it fires a persistent banner across the top of the Orbit interface.
What triggers it
Section titled “What triggers it”The alert fires whenever any model that is not on the Sivants-covered allowlist generates a billing event. This covers cases where a prompt was routed to an unexpected model — whether through a misconfigured tier, an unsupported override tag, or a provider-side change — and that model charged against a method other than what you intended.
What it looks like
Section titled “What it looks like”The banner appears at the top of the Orbit UI automatically, without requiring you to check a log or a billing page. It persists until dismissed so it cannot be missed mid-session.
What to do
Section titled “What to do”The banner prompts you to investigate which call triggered the alert. From there, check your tier routing configuration in Settings → Model Tiers & Agents to confirm each tier maps to a model on the allowlist, and review any model: override tags on recently queued prompts.
