Also called Multi-Node Relay, Node MCP

Orbit's alpha system for routing prompt execution and MCP tool calls across multiple machines signed into the same Sivants account.

What it is

Multi-Node lets one machine queue a prompt that executes on another machine while streaming output back to the originator. Each signed-in machine is a flat peer with its own node ID, tunnel URL, vault-stored API key, and relay connection. The shipped alpha routes by prompt and warns against concurrent cross-machine work on the same project because project ownership and cross-machine sandbox coordination are not part of the alpha.

When you would use it

You use Multi-Node when your projects or devices are split across machines and you want to control execution from one Orbit dashboard.

Common operations

  • Sending a prompt to the machine where a project lives
  • Viewing remote prompt output in the local Pipeline panel
  • Targeting MCP calls to a specific account node
